Sunday when we checked out as I came out of our room to get a cart for our luggage I was met with puddles of water outside of our room the carpet drenching wet. on my way back to the room the elevator didn't work and had to be 'reset' almost EVERY TIME IT WAS USED!!! Someone had to physically go in the mechanical room behind the elevator and reset it to be used The 'hot breakfast' is the saddest excuse for the word Hot breakfast. Next after going to get more towels the same gentleman said there wasn't any yet. next my wife went to take a shower and the shower head was leaking MASSIVELY!!! we immediately called front desk and he did come and replace the shower head before coming to the door and walking in and repeated twice that the room stunk. which we needed our WHOLE STAY! Then I went to wash my face and hands and the sink would not drain.
